Work together to solve the room and escape! These are fun family-building activities that encourage teamwork and brainpower! You are up against the clock and different businesses offer a variety of themes. Here’s one in Garwood!
Go Karts
Super fun for all ages and you can pretend you are a Mario Kart character! This is especially fun for the 13-16 year old crew. Minimum height is 4’10” for this experience.
Color Me Mine
For creative types— paint a special ceramic piece that can have a special place in your home for years to come! This is also a great idea if they like making gifts for family and friends around the holidays and there are several NJ locations.
Candle Making
Enjoy a hands-on experience to make your own candle–scents and all! Here’s a cool one in Belmar!
Rock Climbing
NJ is home to a handful of really great rock gyms where you can learn to scale the walls together in a safe and well maintained environment. This is an awesome workout and you can find a challenging route regardless of fitness level. Gravity Vault has 10 different NJ locations!
American Dream Mall
This mall is way more than just shopping. In addition to the stores, there’s great places to eat, mini golf, a water park, and even an indoor Ski Slope called Big Snow. You could stay locally and easily spend a weekend at this place!
